I don't sell vitamins. I make the ones I take myself.

Biochemistry. Metabolism. Evidence-based nutrition.

It all started with my own body. 82 kg, atopic dermatitis, pre-diabetes, digestive issues — that's how I was in 2015. Not theory, not "read a book," but a living result: -27 kg, restored skin, normalized carbohydrate metabolism. Not through diets — through understanding how the body really works.

Over the next 10 years, more than 30,000 clients went through my private practice and NAN Academy. Not a theorist — every decision, every protocol, every form of vitamin grew out of hundreds of lab tests, food diaries and feedback. What works on paper and what works on a person are different things. I know it firsthand.

Certified as an Approved CPD Provider under number #784106 — an international British standard. Member of HiSTES (Higher School Teachers European Society). Guarantor of the "Nutritionology. Key Aspects" program. A proprietary weight-correction method registered in 167 countries. In 2021, the book "Eat More, Lose Weight Fast" was published by Eksmo.

But credentials are for those who need papers. What matters more is something else: knowing the biochemistry of every molecule in the formula. Why citrate, not oxide. Why MK-4, not MK-7. Why phospholipid omega from krill, not a "fish-oil concentrate." This isn't marketing. It's years of practice in which you see what reaches the cell and what passes straight through.

"

I can't recommend something to clients that I haven't seen working. So I stopped recommending other people's supplements — and made my own.

10 years, 30,000 clients — and one recurring observation

01

Saw the same thing

Clients came with different goals — to lose weight, fix their sleep, restore their skin. And almost all of them had drugstore vitamins in their regimen: magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, fish oil in ethyl-ester form. After 3-4 months, the lab tests didn't budge.

02

Found the cause

Not "low dose," not "they take it badly" — the wrong form. Magnesium oxide is absorbed at 4%. Regular ascorbic acid irritates the stomach and settles as oxalates in the kidneys. Ethyl-ester omega is a synthetic with poor absorption. The numbers on the label = marketing.

03

Looked for alternatives

There was something better on the market: magnesium citrate, K2 in the MK-4 form, phospholipid krill, liposomal vitamin C. But one brand had good omega and bad magnesium. Another — the other way around. Hours went into picking forms for clients from different manufacturers.

04

Made my own

In 2024 I founded NAN HEALTH. 4 formulas — the foundation of health: magnesium citrate in powder, D3 + K2 MK-4 spray, liposomal vitamin C, phospholipid omega-3 from krill. The very forms I recommended to clients for 10 years — now in one place.

Four principles the brand stands on

Forms that work

Not oxide → citrate. Not MK-7 → MK-4. Not fish oil → phospholipid krill. Not regular ascorbic acid → Liposovit®. Every choice is justified.

A lab report per batch

Every release is independently tested at BL Bio Lab — an FDA-registered lab in Florida. The batch, date and PDF report are open to everyone. No exceptions.

10 years of practice, not marketing

No generic phrases about "premium quality." Every claim comes from working with real people and their lab tests. Tatiana's voice explanations — on every product.

4 formulas, not 40

A brand about focus, not assortment. The foundation of health: magnesium, D3+K2, omega-3, vitamin C. That's enough — if the forms are right.
