Bioavailable Sublingual Spray Formula
Vitamin D3 dramatically increases calcium absorption from your diet — but without K2, that calcium can end up in arteries instead of where it belongs. K2 as menaquinone-4 (MK-4) acts as a molecular traffic director, steering calcium to bones and teeth.
MK-4 is the natural form of K2 found in animal tissues and used directly by every cell in the body. Paired with clinical-dose D3, it supports bone density, cardiovascular function, and immune health — all in one spray.
No fillers. No proprietary blends. Just effective, transparent formulation.

Spray 6 pumps under the tongue for a full 1 mL serving. Hold 30 seconds before swallowing. Best taken with a meal containing healthy fats.
Every winter I end up with low vitamin D and dragging through February. Started this in January - two sprays under the tongue, no thinking required. By mid-February I actually had energy after work. Love that it has K2, since my doctor warned me about bone density as we hit 40.
I thought I was just "not a morning person" - turns out I was chronically low on D. February used to feel like walking through cement. Two sprays a day and by end of March I actually want to get up. Small, but life-changing.
Used to catch everything the kids brought home from school. This winter - nothing. I took D3 before but capsules every day fell off my radar. The spray I actually use because it's right by the toothbrush. Being consistent turned out to be the missing piece.
Gave up on vitamin D capsules because my mornings are already packed and I'd just forget. Spray format fixed this - it's literally two seconds. Blood tests confirm levels are finally in range after years of being deficient.
My mom has osteoporosis and my doctor told me I need to be proactive - calcium plus D plus K2 for bone health. Found this and it hits two of those in one product. Easier than tracking three separate supplements.
Tried several D3 sprays before - most taste like chemicals. This one in MCT oil is genuinely neutral, almost nothing to taste. My picky nine-year-old took it without complaint when she needed a boost.
Perimenopause hit at 44 and I got serious about bone health before I lose density. D3 + K2 is the combo research keeps pointing to, and this format is the easiest to actually take daily. Six months in and my levels are great.
Dental checkup this spring and my dentist asked what I changed - said my gums looked healthier. I'd only started the D3+K2 six months ago. Apparently K2 plays a real role in calcium going where it should. Didn't expect that bonus.
2 oz bottle fits in any bag, spray once or twice a day, no mess. I travel almost weekly for work and this is the one supplement I actually keep up with on the road.
My teenage daughter has the same deficiency I do - apparently it's genetic. Got her started on this too. She agreed to it because "its not a pill". Whatever works.
My cardiologist talked me into K2 specifically - said it helps direct calcium into bones instead of arteries. Was taking D3 alone and this combo is smarter. Also simpler than taking two products.

Per the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS): the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for vitamin D is 600 IU (15 mcg) for ages 1–70 and 800 IU for 71+, with a Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) of 4,000 IU for ages 9+. For vitamin K, NIH sets an Adequate Intake of 120 mcg for adult males and 90 mcg for adult females — no UL has been established. These are public reference values for the general healthy population. Personal dosage depends on your blood work, prescription drugs, and individual factors and should be set by your registered dietitian, physician, or certified nutritionist. See the full age table at /pages/daily-needs.
Both MK-4 and MK-7 are recognized forms of vitamin K2. MK-4 is the form naturally found in animal tissues and the form most studied in clinical research on bone and cardiovascular endpoints. MK-7 has a longer plasma half-life. MK-4 is the form Tatiana selected for our formula based on her clinical practice. NIH ODS recognizes both as vitamin K2 (see ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminK-HealthProfessional/).
A sublingual spray delivers the active ingredient under the tongue, where it is absorbed through the mucous membrane directly into the bloodstream. Capsules pass through the digestive system, where absorption can vary with gut health and the presence of dietary fat. The spray format is also useful for adjusting servings within a family, when different members need different amounts.
Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble — they dissolve in fat rather than water. NIH ODS notes that fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed most efficiently from food matrices that contain dietary fat. The sublingual spray route bypasses much of this dependency: absorption through the oral mucosa does not require dietary fat in the same way that gut absorption does.
