Refund policy
All Sales Final – No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Exceptions: We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or defective
To report an issue, contact us at support@nanhealth.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
Not eligible for refunds:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste, smell, or texture that are natural properties of the supplement form
- Products where individual results varied or did not meet personal expectations. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and results may vary by individual
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
Chargebacks: We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all transaction records and correspondence to the relevant authorities.
Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
